Self-Defense Workshop

Please join us for a three-hour beginner to intermediate self defense course for women of all ages and all stages of life.

The main focus will be on potential harmful situations in a real life situation, both personal and work related.

Although the workshop is aimed primarily at women, men are welcome and appreciated, both to learn self-defense and to give the women opponents to work with.

Cost is $20/person. Group rates available.
